Alongside the leaders’ track, the official engagement groups — B20 (business), C20 (civil society), L20 (labour), T20 (think tanks) and Y20 (youth) — hold major events through the presidency year, “the outcomes of which will contribute to the deliberations of G20 leaders.” For a corporate partner that is the practical route in: the B20 is where private-sector recommendations are drafted, and the leaders’ declaration in December is where they either survive or do not.

These are the office-holders as of August 2026, carried forward. Elections and changes of government between now and 2027 will alter this table — treat it as the starting position for planning, not a confirmed delegation list.
The United Kingdom takes the G20 presidency for 2027, following the United States. The venue and dates have not yet been announced. South Africa returns to the table: the Miami exclusion was a decision of the U.S. presidency, not a change of membership.
